Please keep messages general and do not send medical reports or diagnosis details through the public form.
External services and analytics
Calling or opening WhatsApp or Google Maps takes you to your device or the selected service, whose own terms and privacy practices apply. If Google Analytics is configured, it is loaded only after optional analytics consent. Locally hosted website photos do not require a request to a stock photo provider when you view them.
Retention and access
Enquiry details are retained to manage appointments, follow-up and applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no published fixed retention period for appointment enquiries. Contact the clinic to ask about information held, correction, deletion or the retention that applies to your request. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
Withdrawing contact consent or raising a concern
